Return and Refund Policy
10-Day Return Policy
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for purchases from our pre-existing stock designs. For custom AI-generated designs, returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or fault not caused by the customer.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or little-used, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at business.zorf@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our designated return address, provided upon request. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defect, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference, such as size or design dissatisfaction, and the customer does not opt for an exchange, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale with a discount of more than 20% and gift cards are not returnable. Custom AI-generated products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
For an exchange, return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
AI-Generated Design Process
For custom AI-generated designs, you will receive an email preview of the design (if opted). You may request one redesign if the original design is unsatisfactory. If we do not receive a response within two days, we will assume approval and proceed with production.
